As a part of our wellness workshop series, we are pleased to introduce this Healthy Pregnancy Workshop hosted by Meredith Bowling! This 2-hour introduction to natural childbirth will teach moms how to stay healthy and have low risks during pregnancy through exercise, good nutrition, relaxation, and stress reduction. You will also gain knowledge on your labor and delivery choices that are best for you and your baby.
Meredith is a Bradley Method® Instructor and Birth Doula.
We will be seated on blankets on the floor, so please dress comfortably!
